Nijenhuis is from a hydraulic equipment company in the Netherlands and has been in the company for 8 years. 2 years ago, they sold a batch of hydraulic supports for coal mining. 3 months later, they were complained that the support was unable to rise. The after sales personnel was shocked by the coal mining site condition, with long oil pipes, many sockets and poor dust prevention.
