Dual Function AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Relief Valve, helped Heller Save Cost by 6%

AAK used 3 methods to directly replace a cartridge check valve and a relief valve in the hydraulic system with one hydraulic cartridge relief valve, which not only facilitated installation, but also integrated the functions of the two valves. The manufacturing cost of the hydraulic unit was reduced by 6%, and helped Heller win the order from customer successfully.

Heller is from Indonesia. In the second half of last year, their old customer customized a hydraulic power unit. The hydraulic cartridge relief valve used was produced by a cartridge valve manufacturer who has cooperated with them for 5 years. The equipment was successfully debugged, and the customer recognized it after trial use. However, after comparing with the market, the customer asked for a 5% reduction in the price of the equipment. Heller tried to reduce the purchase cost, but failed.
