Barnabas is from Pakistan, and has cooperated with AAK for 4 years. Some time ago, he contacted me and needed my help to customize a 1+1=1 hydraulic threaded cartridge valve. They have a hydraulic manifold developed by themselves. The customer feels that the manifold is too complex in the selection of cartridge valves. Their engineers asked to integrate the functions of the hydraulic relief valve and flow control valve into a hydraulic threaded cartridge valve. The cartridge valves in the manifold are all standard parts from HydraForce. For multi-functional hydraulic threaded cartridge valves, HydraForce has no time to customize it.
After discussion, AAK engineers decided that it is feasible to combine the functions of relief valve and flow control valve into a hydraulic threaded cartridge valve. After 45 days, AAK sent 20 hydraulic threaded cartridge valves.
