AAK 4 Cleaning Procedures, no residue on Hydraulic Cartridge Valves

Last September, Faraji purchased a hydraulic cartridge valve from China and used it in their hydraulic manifold. After more than 1 month of operation, it was discovered that the hydraulic cartridge valve was leaking, with foreign objects remaining between the valve spool and valve seat, causing the valve to get stuck. The original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer shifted the blame and said that it was caused due to the uncleanness of the hydraulic oil. Faraji felt helpless.
