The Lesson Hydraulic Manifold Manufacturer learned from a 25-year-old boy

A while ago, hydraulic manifold manufacturer AAK interviewed a drawing engineer, and the 25-year-old boy felt quite clever, so I hired him. In less than 2 months, I truly witnessed his “cleverness”. He is often late for work and plays games during working hours. His supervisor reminded him several times, but there was no change. Yesterday, as I was coming back from outside, I heard him arguing with his supervisor. I didn't hear what they were talking about, but when I came in, the young man's expression became even more calm, and the supervisor's face turned red. The supervisor said, "Are you always late for work?" The young man calmly replied, "Yes, sometimes late, but our hydraulic manifold manufacturer AAK doesn't need to clock in?" Besides, I saw that you were also late sometimes. The supervisor hesitated for a while and said, "No need to clock in, it's not that you can be late casually.".
