AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valve Spool High Accuracy and Stability

Hogan is from Germany. In the past year, he has made 3 purchases from hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK. Recently, Hogan emailed us to ask if AAK can customize a hydraulic directional cartridge valve with spool accuracy within 2μm. The 2μm valve spool should not be difficult. I don't think the problem will be so simple, and didn't agree rashly. After further investigation, it was found that the hydraulic direction cartridge valve produced by the original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer had no problem to meet the spool accuracy during sample testing period. However, there was an accuracy deviation in the shipment of 360 pcs of hydraulic directional cartridge valves, which means a problem with the quality stability of the original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer. The boss was not satisfied with his purchase this time, which put a lot of pressure on Hogan.
