AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valve Cage Higher Production Efficiency & 2μm Accuracy

In last video, we introduced hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK, using a Hardinge CNC machine tool from the United States to produce a hydraulic pressure control valve cage within 2μm accuracy. Today, we will introduce a hydraulic directional control valve cage produced by a PSMT Turning and milling composite machining center, which is just next to the Hardinge CNC machine tool. The valve cage of the hydraulic directional control valve being processed is also controlled to an accuracy of within 2μm.

Through the video, we can see that this PSMT turning and milling composite machining center is currently processing the hydraulic directional control valve cage. This equipment is equipped with 12 cutting tools, with B-axis and C-axis linkage. Turning and milling can be completed in one go, reducing the number of clamping times.
