AAK Hydraulic Pilot-to-close Check Valve Equivalent to SUN COFA

This week, we’d like to introduce a hydraulic pilot-to-close check valve equivalent to SUN COFA, a spring biased closed, pilot-to-close check cartridge that has a 1.8:1 pilot ratio.

Last October, we received an inquiry from a new customer in the United States for SUN COFA Pilot-to-close check valve. This cartridge valve is not very commonly used, and there are only a few hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in Ningbo China that have this model in stock. Per customer, they placed the trial orders with 3 manufacturers, and will do durability testing at the same time. The one who has the best performance in the testing will be their preferred supplier.

Last month, we received the good news from the customer that AAK samples passed the durability testing for 2 million times, and the price is in the middle among 3 manufacturers. But the manufacturer who has the lowest price did not pass the durability testing for 2 million times.
