Description
This is knuckle type high speed press, best option for stamping those precision electronic parts with thin materials like lead frames in semiconductors, EV motor laminations, etc. Its speed can reach up to 1200spm with small tonnage 30ton.
Features
1.The knuckle link design eliminates thermal displacement resulting in precise B.D.C repeatability.
2.This press uses 8-point needle bearings for slide guiding.
3.The link slide motion allows for more time on the bottom of stroke and reduced impact of snap-thru forces. The time between resharpening of the dies in this GT press is over 25% greater than that at a conventional crank press.
