Jinhong Mould Fittings accelerated Ejector AR-D 1.Connect the ejector plate to the molding position (the mould is closed). 2.Connect the connecting rod of the ejector hydraulic cylinder to the fully compressed position. This is very important. Before measuring, check by hand if the connecting rod is connected to the fully compressed position; 3.Measure the distance between the coupling and the connecting rod of the ejector hydraulic cylinder; 4.Extend the connecting rod of the ejector hydraulic cylinder by using an additional disengaging lever. Use 30mm disengaging lever for AR-D-01, and use 50mm disengaging lever for AR-D-02; 5.Pull the movable molding plate to the front position (the mould is opened); 6.Fix the additional disengaging lever and the quick coupling at the other end; 7.Move the ejector plate to the mould closing position, and connect between the ejector plate and the connecting rod of the ejector hydraulic cylinder. Please confirm that the ejector plate and the connecting rod of the ejector hydraulic cylinder are located at the mould closing position. If not, please adjust; 8.The ejector is used in the mould of the hydraulic ejector. It cannot be used with the quick mould replacement system; 9.Only one ejector is required for each mould.
