Taq DNA Polymerase

Taq DNA polymerase is a chemically modified. Taq DNA polymerase which is completely blocked at low temperature and room temperature. After 95℃ incubation, the chemical modified group hydrolytic shedding enzyme activity will not produce non-specific amplification due to incorrect primer pairing before the amplification system is prepared to PCR amplification, and the non-specific amplification and the formation of primer dimers will be reduced to the maximum extent to improve the sensitivity and specificity of amplification.
