Description:
The high temperature resistant felt cover is processed by the high-temperature resistant material Kevlar fiber through a Needle-punched process. The temperature resistance can reach 500°C. It is mainly used in the first or second stage of the belt cooling bed. The main function is to transmit aluminum profiles and to achieve a cooling effect, in the process, because there is no gap in the surface of the felt cover, the flatness of the felt cover is ensured, thus ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the aluminum profile (will not leave any marks on the surface of the profile).

Thickness : 5-12mm of normal dimension 6mm,8mm,10mm.
Inner dia: 50mm, 60mm, 72mm, 76mm, 77mm, 96mm, 100mm, 110mm, 115mm, 150mm. And the other roller inner dia between 50mm to 150mm is possible.
Length : 100-2500mm of normal demesion 400mm, 450mm, 500mm,600mm.

1.Applied to aluminum profile extrusion cooling table walking beams.the max temperature resistance 500℃
2.This kind of Kevlar felt cover is main used for the felt type cooling table(First and Second stage) inthe Aluminum Extrusion Industry
3.Commonly used for the Initial Table and the forepart of Run-out Table of the aluminium extrusion lines.
