Bonded & sintered NdFeB

There mainly two kinds of NdFeB magnets products, bonded & sintered. Bonded NdFeB magnet is made by NdFeB powder with appropriate portion of glue mixed in and then press it into the shape needed. While sintered NdFeB is to press the powder to the shape needed and then put the “shape” into the furnace to sintering hard. Generally speaking, sintered NdFeB possess higher hardness, magetic properties & density, while bonded performance lower, but costs lower. Customers can make the right choice as per their uses.
