Artificial pumice stone: AP-6

Brief introduction Artificial pumice stone AP-6 is substitute of natural pumice on denim washing process. Artificial pumice stone AP-6 can be repeatly used about 30-50 times. Barely produces any sludge. No heavy-metal ion residul on denim. Achieves same level of abrasion as natural pumice stone. Better reproductivity and batch stability. May save 5-10mins washing time thus improve the production efficiency. Note 1. The dosage of AP-6 is about half of natural pumice, Please test the effect in advance. 2. Before add AP-6, make sure the jeans are wet. 3. For thin or special jeans, some soft rubber balls can be added as lubricants to avoid local friction damage. 4. Denim pockets need to be sewn to prevent AP-6 entering the pocket and damaging the pocket. Storage Package: 20KG/bag. Keep in a cool place at about 5-40°C for at least 12 months shelf life.
