Permanent Flame Retardant: FR-5 Components: Alkyl phosphonate, uncharged Application Area: Permanent flame-retarding agent for textiles made from PES or PA Properties： - Clear, yellow, viscous liquid - Resistant to hardness - High resistance to acids - Reduces the flammability - Flame-retardant effects with resistance to mild washing and dry cleaning - Soft handle of the finished goods - Pigment-free Application： Pad Process. Pad Process: FR-5 60 - 100 g/L pH value 5 - 6 (adjust with NaOH 50 °Bé or Na 2 HPO 4 ) dry 110 - 130° C thermofixation 185 - 205° C with PES* 160 - 180° C with PA* Duration 1 - 2 min Storage: 120KG plastic drum, room temperature. The product is sensitive to frost and heat and must not be stored at temperatures below 0℃ or above 40℃. Irreparable damage is possible. In the case of suspected frost or heat damage, the usability of the product has to be checked before processing. In order to avoid quality loss, it is necessary to always close the drums after use.
