Recombinant Mouse SCF Protein (His tag)

Measured in a cell proliferation assay using MC/9 mouse mast cells. The ED50 for this effect is less or equal to 20 ng/ml. Can be stored at +4centigrade short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20Centigrade or -70Centigrade. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
