1. Description of High Pressure Rubber Hose This high pressure rubber hose is suitable for delivering water and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids in the working temperature of -40 °C to +100 °C. And it can work intermittently in the temperature of 120 °C. It is mainly used for outside applications such as coast, forest, factories and the similar areas where excellent abrasion resistance is needed. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality synthetic rubber blend, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion and oil. The reinforcement is made from two layers of high tensile steel wires, making the hose work very well in the high pressure conditions. The cover is made from abrasion, weather, cut, aging and sunlight resistant synthetic rubber. 2. High Pressure Rubber Hose Characteristics (1) The high pressure steel wire braid rubber tube is made of special synthetic rubber and has excellent oil, heat and aging resistance. (2) High pressure and excellent impulse performance. (3) The pipe body is tightly bound and soft to be used, with small deformation under pressure. (4) The hose has excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance. (5) The length of woven and wrapped hose is large, which can reach up to 10 meters or even more than 100 meters.
