Hunan Victor Petrotech Service Co.-Ltd

VCTSY was founded in November 2010, as one of the few Chinese companies that can manufacture downhole tools that meet the requirements of API(American Petroleum Institute) specifications. On December, 2011, an expert panel consisting of 16 people from CNOOC arrived at VCTSY to participate in the “Training on Gas Lift and Subsurface Tools”. During the training process, both parties carried out an in-depth exchange and discussion on experiences and technical problems that had been encountered during offshore completion and oil production engineering.
