National Facilities Management (NFM) is a facilities management company built on four decades of experience protecting asset value and optimising building performance for owners, developers and strata committees across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Part of the family-founded Havencab Property Group, we manage more than $45 billion in assets and deliver building management services through a team of over 550 directly employed, trained professionals across high rise, strata, commercial, industrial and build to rent properties.

We are not a broker of subcontracted labour. Every person who steps onto one of our sites, from building managers to concierge staff, is directly employed, trained and held to the same standard of care. That is our difference, and it is why developers, owners corporations and asset managers trust us with some of Australia’s most complex and high-profile buildings.

NFM began as a family business and has grown into one of Australia’s most respected facilities management companies without losing the hands-on, accountable approach that built our reputation. For more than 40 years we have supported property owners through every stage of a building’s life, from pre-completion consultancy and mobilisation through to long-term operational management and capital works planning.

Today we provide commercial facilities management, high rise building management and strata building management services to some of the country’s most recognisable residential, mixed-use and commercial precincts, including landmark developments such as One Sydney Harbour and Barangaroo. Our growth has been built on retention, not turnover: 98% of our contracts were renewed in FY25/26, and many of our client relationships span more than a decade.
