Surahmuzammil

Surah Al-Muzzammil is the 73rd surah of the Quran, with 20 ayat in Para 29. It was revealed in Makkah early in the Prophet’s (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) mission. Allah addresses him as “al-muzzammil”, the one wrapped in his garments, and commands him to stand in prayer at night, recite the Quran slowly and clearly, remember Allah, trust Him fully and be patient. The last ayah eases the night prayer and tells believers to recite what is easy for them.

The address recalls how the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) wrapped himself in his garments in the early days of revelation. After the first revelation in the cave of Hira he returned home saying “Zammiluni, zammiluni” (“wrap me up, wrap me up”) (Sahih al-Bukhari 3). The next surah, Al-Muddaththir (74), opens with a similar address: “O you covered in a cloak”.

Surahmuzammil focuses on serving individuals engaged in religious and civic organizations worldwide. Its ideal customers are small organizations (1 employee) with annual revenues under $1 million, seeking resources related to the Quran and religious guidance. Operating within a global service area, these customers require support in community engagement, religious education, and access to relevant content and programs to enhance their civic activities.
